Why you can’t turn it off with the power button?
We have set an auto-off feature for it, and 3 minutes of use will automatically turn it off.
Why can’t the power reach 100W?
To reach 100W, you need to use a cable that supports PD 3.1 and a device that supports PD 3.1 input such as the 2021 MacBook Pro 16″.
How long does it take for the unit to charge?
If you charge it using 100W input power, then filling it up is expected to take 3 hours. (Both Type C and DC ports can charge it)
